        Compared to the repetitive and monotonous motions used with regular dumbbells, UCheer Health Tech's kinetic energy dumbbells have iron spheres contained inside that generate inertia kinetic energy from the spinning force of the spheres. The auxiliary force that is transmitted by the dumbbells provides a full-body workout and achieves a muscle sculpting effect while the force interaction of the dumbbells makes your exercise routine more enjoyable.         On top of the standard 0.85 kg single-piece model, plates may be added to the kinetic energy dumbbell to increase the weight to 1.55 kg or 2.25kg. An advanced version of the kinetic energy dumbbell with a magnetic dampening effect is also available which raises training strength and boosts workout efficiency. A mini kinetic energy dumbbell has been designed for children so parents and kids can have a fun time exercising together.
